Yesterday was my second time at the rotary auction. I wasn't very ambitious... I went to the book/game/cds section, in the gym, and that's about it. But I got a Japanese dictionary (not japanese-english, mind you.. just japanese), Shakespeare's Twelfth Night, a kid's vocab book in German (hoorah) and a Janosch story on CD (also in German, but the cutest, funniest thing in the world!!)... mi madre got a fruit cookbook. She said going to the auction was her gift to me because she hates it so much; "sensory overload! sensory overload!"

But I think I can actually decipher some things in the dictionary. As in, the words are not in kanji so I can read them, and then it generally describes them in more basic words, or in context. So I can get some of it. Maybe.

Last night I went to Improv for my mom's friend's birthday. She illustrates childrens books (they're really cool) and she used to be my cool adult friend when I was little. So it was interesting.

So I reacted to my polio vaccine - a big red itchy splotch on my arm, still today, and I think that's why I was feeling "under the weather..." Headache and tiredness and whatnot.

ROom Is SOOOOooooOooo dirty. And that's all. Oh, but I actually discovered a nice tanktop I had forgotten about because of my lack of laundry.
